Given the consistent appalling reviews you would think First would want to do something about it but it seems they just don't care. Impossible to get timetable information, their website cant find destinations, the phone is just a recorded message directing you to a premium rate number or to Travel Line. Travel Line says there are no services, Travel West says it cant display public transport and if you do manage to speak to someone they have no idea where the bus stops are. I just wanted to go from Bristol to a nearby stop about 30 mins away and gave up trying to find out when or which buses run
Rude drivers, fail to stop, arrogant, busses turn up when they want to no certain schedule. This company deserves nothing more than liquidation

A bus journey in 2019 involved two kids with their gran sitting on the seats at the front of the bus. A man who was sitting in front of me was taking pictures of the children. I told the bus driver who did nothing. I also told the gran and I told the man that he should not be taking photos of random children. He apologised and said they were “cute”. The bus driver should have called the police. The bus driver is probably a pedophile as well. First Bus are scum.

If I could rate their Service 0 I would, absolutely atrocious. I don’t know why they bother printing timetables off because they never run on time always late or ridiculously early so don’t expect to get to work on time. The prices go up constantly. And by quite a lot. Most of the drivers are nice enough but some are just downright rude. Absolutely awful company. If there was another bus company in york I could use I definitely would. And I would never get a first bus again. Unfortunately they have a monopoly here pretty much and they know it so they don’t feel the need to do better

I left something on the bus a week ago and they’ve not even bothered to respond. Buses always smell and the drivers are always rude
What an obnoxious and rude driver working on the 08:30 X1 from Lowestoft. You as a business should be investing in properly training your people in how to talk to the public, especially your paying customers. It's no wonder your ratings are as low as they are and your company has such an awful reputation.

That's great but 90 isn't a First Bus service. These reviews are in relation to First Bus

First Bus website and app says certain buses stops at certain bus stops in Aberdeen. Bus has not come up even after 15 mins waiting and bus tracking had shown it has already gone. I have been standing at the bus stop and there HAS NOT GONE ANY BUS!
There is no sign at the bus stop says that bus stop is not working or it is not in use. Website or app have not say either.
I am really disappointed First Bus unable to handle public transport during lockdown.
Danny on the 1D bus to Mountblow, 28/01/21 just after midnight, pick up from Whitecrook was an ultimate troop. Sorted me out and got me to where I had to be when the bus wasn't going to where I was supposed to be. People like him should be rewarded. All the best my man, your deed will not be forgotten.
Extremely rude woman bus driver on the 350 uppermill route today, she actually started shouting at me as she couldn’t work out how to issue a ticket with a card payment! Apparently it was my fault for not using cash! Shouted and shouted at me disgusting service! I walked off as I was that upset and she gave me a thumbs up when she passed me, she needs a course on how to deal with the public! Made a complaint was told by customer service that they would review the cctv and deal with it if necessary but I am not allowed to know what’s said and they do not contact me with an apology Jesus what a bloody useless company
I was very upset about my experience on the eclipse bus service today. Firstly, the timetable labelled on my bus stop was completely wrong and it has been on multiple occasions. Secondly, the electronic version was wrong and the bus was early which I won't complain about but is not good when other buses are expected first. Lastly, when I was unable to get change the bus driver was very rude and asked me if I had anything else after interrupting me apologising. Horrible experience.
